The minimum order value is determined together with your personal key account manager. Don't worry - we'll make sure it's well below the usual market thresholds for you.

How long does the process take from enquiry to delivery?

This depends heavily on the product. An arrow trap net, for example, requires a different process than a bow. However, our aim is to complete every order within a maximum of 13 weeks, regardless of the product.

Can I use my own logo and design?

Of course! Our graphic designers work with your file and adapt it so that your logo is optimally transferred to the product.

What customisation options are available for my products?

Everything is possible: from packaging to leather and textile types to customised details. We'll show you what's possible so that you get a product that exactly meets your expectations.

Can I develop a completely new product?

Test samples are created and checked as part of the boundary sample process.

Can I cancel my order at a later date?

After the final order, cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible, as our exclusive production lines are already running at full speed to produce your products in the highest quality and individually for you.
